Our Background

Swaminarayan Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. (in short Swaminarayan) is a Limited Liability Company
    established in 2001 A.D, licenced by District Development Committee Office as 'D' class Construction
    Company & turned into a Private Limited Company in 2013 A.D. as per the rules and regulations of
    Limited Liability Company of Nepal. Swaminarayan has been established with specializing in
   commercial and domestic construction markets, Swaminarayan possesses experienced personnel, latest
   up to date plants and equipment, sound financial and technical capacity to carry out civil construction
   related works.
   In addition, Swaminarayan is tied up with a number of a reputed “A” Class construction
   companies of the country like with Sharma & Compay Pvt. Ltd and Ashish Nirman Sewa (P.) Ltd.
   Swaminarayan has been continuing its’ association with those Companies under the name of Ashish-
   Swaminarayan JV and Sharma- Swaminarayan JV. since its establishment and is working in the field
   of Civil Construction Project like Building, Road, Water Supply, Irrigation etc

    above banks.

2.0 MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
   Swaminarayan Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd is a “private limited" construction company duly registered in
   the Company Register Office of the Government of Nepal. The company is fully owned by its
   founders and associates having professional expertise in various fields of construction, service
   delivery, and supply of goods. The day-to-day management of the company is looked after by one of
   the senior Directors designated as the Managing Director. Currently, the company has more than 20
   regular full time staff and over 80 professionals employed on full time or part time basis as Managers,
  Civil Engineers, Auto- cad designers, Sub-Engineers, Surveyor, Heavy machine operators, Supervisor.
   The company has a large no of resource persons well experienced in specialized fields' project
   engineering – Survey, Design, Supervision and Construction management, Project analysis, financial
   analysis of various infrastructures. The company also has a pool of resource staff consisting of
  personnel specialized in various Engineering fields.
 
2.1 ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
   The company has well set of Managing Director, Panel of Advisors, and Five Departments like
   Technical (Civil), Administration, Account, Procurement and Auditor (CA) Each department is
  headed by Specialized and well Experienced Directors. A separate unit i.e. Documentation &
  Business Initiatives is incorporated in the main steam of organogram and responsible for
  documentations, reporting, project auditing, and well as of Business Initiatives. The unit is supposed to
  perform its function with close coordination of all departments. The overall organizational structure of

The company has assigned the responsibilities to respective department headed by department heads
  who have possess a broad range of their qualifications, seniority, related trainings, specific experience
  and management skills. The responsibilities of each and every department head may be reviewed every
  year based on their own performance as well as of volume of works performed. Short descriptions of
  their responsibility are outlined in their personnel contract in tespect to the HR Policy of the company.

2.1.1 Functional Responsibilities of Home Office Personnel
    The functional responsibilities of key technical personnel are summarized as follows.
    Managing Director
    The Managing Director of the company is ultimately being responsible for the success of the company.
    He will supervise the whole team and provide the required resources to ensure that the project is
    successfully executed maintaining of specified quality standards. He will be kept informed of the
    project's progress and maintain that the project is meeting its goals. The Managing Director will
    resolve problems that cannot be resolved by the On-site Project Manager or other Directors assigned
    for other Departments. The Managing Director will liaison to the clients and attends the meetings as
    per the requirement.
   Other Directors
    The Directors of each and every Department will oversee the project at the corporate level and report
     directly to the Managing Director as per the need of the project and situations. He will communicate
      with the On-site Project Manager regarding all aspects of the project including, but not limited to
      project problems, progress, payments, schedules, administrative duties, and Quality Assurance matters.
      He will also resolve problems that cannot be resolved by the On-site Project Manager. He will make
      periodic trips to the site to administrate and supervise the project site and to make necessary
      modifications to the plan and program as per the site conditions.

2.2 ON-SITE PROJECT ORGANIZATION
     Under the basis of the overall organogram, the project specific organization structure is prepared
     separately for the smooth operations of the projects as per requirement of the project/or size of the
     project/or as per specific contract requirements.

3. CONTRIBUTION OF COMPANY TO NATIONAL ECONOMY
     Since our establishment we are associating with national and international companies as a
     working/business/JV partner in the field of different civil work infrastructures projects. During the
     process of implementations of various projects, the company has contributed to the national economy
    in the form of:
 Employment Generation: Currently, the company has more than 20 regular full time staff and over
     80 professionals employed on full time/or part time basis as Managers, Civil Engineers, Auto-cad
     designers, management officers, Sub-Engineers, Surveyor, Heavy machine operators, Supervisors.
     Apart from this a large number of daily based workers/labors are employed in wide range of projects
     implementing by us.
 Utilization of Local Resources: On the due course of implementation of various project we have
     extensively used local materials like stone, aggregate, sand etc, for which the company has paid a
     massive amount of royalties to local authority/and district authority. Likewise, the company is paying
     such royalties to other corresponding DDC authority, where we have implementing of different
      projects.
 Income Tax generation to Government: Based on the annual turnover of the company, we have
     paid an income tax to the Government of Nepal every year.
 Saving of Foreign Currencies: Associating with international companies, certain agreements
    contract bid price of certain project is quoted in US Dollar. Based on the sharing ration under JV
     agreement with international companies, we Swaminarayan Nirman Sewa (P) Ltd is able to saving of
     foreign currencies to the extent of our sharing limit.
